Shipping

Shipping will be calculated based on your zip code during checkout.  All orders received before 4:00 pm will be processed the same day as received and will be shipped within (2) working days.  Once shipped an email with tracking information will be provided.

International Shipping

USPS Flat Rate International Shipping

By selecting this shipping method, you are abiding by the following restrictions on your packaging. Should your shipment fail to meet these requirements, it may be subject to delays and surcharges.

• Maximum box weight cannot exceed 20 lbs.
• Your product must fit in these box dimensions:  13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375"   or  11" X 8.5" X 5.5".
• The shape of the box or envelope may not be altered to fit its contents.

Please Note: This shipping option is being offered to you based upon the weight and size of the product you are ordering. If you are unsure, please send us an inquiry email stating:

• Quantities and Item Numbers of exactly what you are interested in ordering.
• The country that we will be shipping to.
• The postal code, state, province that we will be shipping to.

Please note that Self Defense Supplies will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged when shipping international (Outside of the USA).

If any issues are encountered with our product line within 15 days, please contact us via email and if within the return guidelines a return will be arranged.

There are some guidelines to follow when deciding to return a product:

• Closeout items are unable to be returned
• Custom or "cut to size" items of any kind cannot be returned
• If a product has been used even if it was only one time, it cannot be returned
• We cannot accept opened DVD’s, Video's. They cannot be resold and will not be refunded
• If you receive a defective item it can be refunded or exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value
• If a product is returned and there is no exchange, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.  If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund you will be refunded for the cost of the item ONLY.  However we will gladly refund returned shipping on a defective or incorrectly shipped item that you are wanting an exchange on.

 Cancellations

• Once placed an order cannot be cancelled without prior authorization from Self Defense Supplies.
